Can I return a product?
Yes. In accordance with European regulations, for a product purchased online or at a distance, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Note: Before initiating a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, and not stained, damaged, or used.
Do I have to pay anything to request a return?
Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable courier and selecting a tracked shipping option.
What is the time frame to make a return?
The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Note: Decoitaliandesign (NEXTEX S.R.L.S. – VAT Number: IT10560021213) reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the 14-day period, or for products that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
How can I make a return?
- Log in to My Account > Orders > Return (next to the order you wish to return);
- From the dropdown menu, select the item you want to return;
- Indicate the reason for the return;
- Click Add item to Return to add other products to your return;
- Once completed, click Submit;
- We will send a courier to pick up the return package from the address you selected.
Can I decide to keep the item after I have initiated the return online?
No. Once the return process has been started, it cannot be canceled or suspended.
Can I exchange or return any item?
Yes, as long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it, with all internal labels and tags attached, and not stained, damaged, or used.
Consider the following exceptions:
- Swimwear: Must include the hygiene sticker intact.
- Underwear: Underwear items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories: Must be returned with the original packaging intact.
- Perfumes: Must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
- Fabrics: Fabrics must be returned without any signs of cutting or manipulation. Fabrics that have been customized or requested in non-standard sizes are excluded from returns.
- Wallpaper: Wallpaper is excluded from returns as it is custom-made based on the customer’s specifications.
When will I receive the refund?
You will receive the refund through the same payment method used at the time of purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on the processing times of your bank.
